By most measures, your life might be fine.

Not perfect. Nobody’s giving out medals for inbox management and remembering to book the dentist. But fine enough.

You have some things working. You have probably achieved more than you give yourself credit for. You have survived a decent number of strange little life-admin boss battles. You may even have moments where you look around and think, technically, I should be grateful.

And then something else tugs.

Not panic. Not greed. Not necessarily dissatisfaction.

Just a quiet sense that there is more available than this.

More energy. More skill. More money. More depth. More freedom. More useful work. More aliveness. More of the version of you that seems to appear only on the rare days when the conditions are right.
