All prices are starting prices in Australian dollars and include GST. Your final fixed price is agreed in writing before any work begins.

  • ChatGPT & AI Workshops — From $2,450 per workshop. A live, hands-on session that teaches your team to use ChatGPT on their real work.
  • AI Readiness Assessment — From $3,950 one-off. We look at how your business runs and show you exactly where AI will pay off first.
  • AI Safe-Use Policy — From $2,950 one-off. Clear, practical rules for which AI tools staff can use, what they can share and when a human checks the work.
  • Your First AI Automation — From $3,290 includes 2 months of Care. We take one repetitive task off your team’s plate and replace it with an automation that just runs.
  • Website AI Companion — From $3,290 includes 2 months of Care. An assistant on your website that answers questions, explains your services and captures leads, day and night.
  • Production Workflow — From $7,950 includes 60 days launch care. A dependable, multi-step process connected across your systems, built for work your business relies on daily.
  • Proof of Concept — From $9,950 one-off. A focused working prototype that proves whether your big AI idea works before you invest in the full build.
  • Private Knowledge Assistant — From $15,000 includes 60 days launch care. Your own ChatGPT-style assistant that answers staff questions from your company’s documents, with sources.
  • Custom AI Application — From $19,950 includes 60 days launch care. A purpose-built AI application for your business, your customers or a new product.
  • AI Adoption Programme — From $12,500 one-off. Hands-on change support so your people actually embrace new AI tools and the investment pays off.
  • Care — From $650 per month. We keep one AI automation or assistant healthy: monitoring, fixes, updates and a monthly status report.
  • Grow — From $2,450 per month. Care for up to four automations, plus about one new automation or major improvement every month.
  • Scale — From $5,500 per month. Coordinated care and a monthly build allocation across your growing set of AI systems.
  • Embed — From $12,500 per month. A senior AI strategist and builder working with you about one day a week, plus full Scale-level care.

One-off services, including workshops: 30% at commencement, 20% on approval of the proposed work and 50% within seven days of delivery. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to change or finish.
