Poko Resources
How To Choose Where To Start
Choose the closest door, not the perfect category. A good starting point lowers load.
If this week is loud, start with Weekly Reset
If the next seven days already feel crowded, start with the week. You do not need to solve your identity, diagnosis, app setup or life pattern first. Weekly Reset is built for the current operating problem: what is coming, what is active, what needs protecting and what next move makes the week usable.
If a pattern keeps repeating, start with the pattern
If the same thing keeps happening across weeks, start with the pattern. Maybe planners disappear, starting breaks, finishing becomes unsafe, pressure changes your behaviour or recovery keeps getting borrowed from the future. A pattern resource helps you recognise what is going on without turning it into a character flaw.
If you want the logic, start with the model
Some people relax when they can see the model. The Poko loop moves through Thinking, Development, Behaviour, Performance, Regulation and Recovery. That model helps explain why a problem that looks like motivation may actually involve attention, fit, pressure, state or recovery.
If the issue is at work, start with For Work
Workplace problems often show up as individual overload, but the source may be meetings, handoffs, ownership, communication norms, decision rights, behavioural risk or strategy-to-execution friction. For Work resources use the same function lens at team and organisation level.
If you are worried about boundaries, start with scope
If you are wondering what Poko is, what it is not, what stays private or when another kind of support is needed, start with scope and privacy. Clear boundaries reduce uncertainty and help you choose the right level of support.
How to use this
- Ask: is the pressure personal-week, pattern, model, work or scope?
- Choose the section that reduces load fastest.
- Move after one useful answer rather than reading everything first.
