Live Session Replay And Private Prompts
Weekly Reset has three parts that work together: the live session, the replay and private prompts. The live rhythm creates a return point, the replay keeps access flexible, and the prompts let people work without forced disclosure.
The live session creates a shared rhythm
A live session gives the week a real appointment with itself. That matters because planning often gets delayed until everything is already urgent. The live rhythm creates a low-friction return point: show up, bring the actual week and use the structure. You do not have to generate the whole method from scratch every time.
Replay protects variable capacity
Not everyone can attend live every week. Work shifts, energy changes, sensory load rises, family needs appear, time zones do what time zones do. Replay means missing the live moment does not have to become a full drop-off. It also lets people pause, return, repeat or use the session when their system is more available.
Private prompts reduce performance pressure
Private prompts are central to the design. They let people answer honestly without turning support into a social performance. Some people think better without being watched. Some need time before language arrives. Some do not want to disclose personal or diagnostic information. Private prompts preserve autonomy and lower the extra load that can come from explaining yourself while you are already overloaded.
The combination matters
Live-only support can exclude people with variable capacity. Self-paced-only support can disappear because there is no return rhythm. Public sharing can help some people but overload others. Weekly Reset combines live structure, replay flexibility and private work so the support has a rhythm without forcing one mode of participation.
What you actually leave with
The useful output is not a transcript of everything you thought about. It is a clearer week: what is active, what matters, what can move, what needs support and what the next usable move is. The session, replay and prompts are only useful because they help produce that practical outcome.
How to use this
- Choose whether live or replay is the lower-load way to use the session this week.
- Answer prompts privately before deciding whether anything needs to be shared.
- Keep only the useful output: the pressure point, protection move and next action.
