No Diagnosis Required

No diagnosis is required to use Weekly Reset. You can start with what is hard to run now.

This is a practical support boundary

Weekly Reset is not an assessment pathway. It is a practical weekly support rhythm. Because the task is to make the next seven days more workable, the starting point can be functional: what is coming, what keeps getting stuck, what is overloaded and what next move is needed.

A diagnosis may still matter elsewhere

Some needs do require assessment, diagnosis, treatment or professional advice. Poko does not replace that. The no-diagnosis-required message simply means you do not need paperwork before you can use a weekly planning and support structure.

Why this helps overloaded people

When someone is already overloaded, being asked to provide a perfect explanation can add more load. Starting with function is lighter. It lets the person say: this is the part that keeps breaking, this is what the week is asking from me, this is where I need support.

What Poko does with labels

Poko can talk about ADHD, autism, AuDHD, perfectionism, burnout and other patterns where that language is useful. But the support remains practical. The label informs the conditions; it does not replace the work of making the week usable.

The useful first sentence

A useful first sentence is not I know exactly what this is. It is something like: I cannot start, the plan keeps changing, I keep falling behind, everything is active at once, or I can do it in bursts but not sustainably. That is enough to begin.

How to use this

  • Start with the practical difficulty.
  • Keep diagnosis questions separate from the immediate weekly plan.
  • Use labels when they help explain fit, not as permission to begin.
