What If I Do Not Know What This Is

You do not need to know what this is before you start. Not knowing is often part of the load.

Unclear does not mean unreal

A lot of people arrive with a strange mix: capable in some places, stuck in others, overloaded by ordinary demand, unable to explain why the same strategies keep collapsing. If no label feels right, that does not make the problem vague. It usually means the pattern has not been mapped in a useful way yet.

Start with the repeat point

The repeat point is the moment that keeps happening. The task is there but the start does not happen. The plan works for a few days and disappears. The inbox turns into a pressure system. Recovery keeps being borrowed from the next day. These moments show where function is breaking under demand.

You may recognise more than one pattern

ADHD, autism, AuDHD, perfectionism, burnout, brain fog, sleep disruption and anxiety can overlap in real life. Poko does not ask you to choose one before you can get practical support. The question is what is happening in this week, under these conditions, with this load.

The first move should lower load

When you do not know what this is, the worst first move is often a giant self-audit. The better first move is smaller: name what is hard, make the week visible, reduce the number of open decisions and choose one support that makes action easier.

Clarity can come after contact

You do not have to understand the whole pattern before doing something useful. Sometimes clarity appears after the week is less crowded. Once the immediate load is visible, the bigger pattern often becomes easier to name.

How to use this

  • Write the sentence: The thing that keeps happening is...
  • Choose the closest pressure point rather than the perfect category.
  • Make one support move before doing a full self-explanation.
