What Is Weekly Reset

Weekly Reset is a live weekly support rhythm for making the next seven days more workable. It gives the week a place to land before it gets loud.

It is a reset for the real week

Weekly Reset is not a lecture about motivation and it is not a perfect-planner workshop. It is a practical pass through the week you actually have: what is coming, what is already active, what feels tight, what keeps slipping and what needs protecting.

What happens in the session

The session helps you scan the next seven days, notice hidden load, name pressure points, choose what matters and build in slack. You do not need to explain your life to the room. You use private prompts, follow the structure and make decisions for your own week.

Why private prompts matter

People often need support most when they have the least capacity to perform being supported. Private prompts reduce that pressure. You can think, write, pause, change your mind and work with the real week without having to put on a polished version for other people.

What the brief is for

The brief is there so the useful work does not vanish after the session. It keeps the week visible: what was active, what mattered, what pressure points were named, what slack was added and what next move was chosen.

Who it helps

Weekly Reset is for capable people whose ordinary weeks are harder to run than they should be. That might involve ADHD, autism, AuDHD, perfectionism, OCPD traits, burnout, brain fog, overload or no clear label at all. The common point is practical: the next seven days need a route.

How to use this

  • Bring one real pressure point, even if it is messy.
  • Use the prompts privately rather than preparing a polished story.
  • Leave with one plan, one fallback and one protected thing.
