Poko Resources
What Poko Does Not Replace
Poko does not replace therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, medication advice, crisis support or emergency care.
It is practical support, not clinical care
Poko resources and Weekly Reset are designed for cognitive function and performance support. They help with week structure, load visibility, pressure points, private prompts, planning and practical next moves. They are not a substitute for assessment, treatment, therapy or medical decision-making.
Do not use resources for urgent risk
If someone is unsafe, at risk, in crisis or needs urgent help, resources are not the right tool. The right move is to contact emergency services, a crisis line or an appropriate qualified service. A guide cannot hold urgent risk safely.
Do not use Poko to diagnose yourself
Resources can help you recognise patterns, but recognition is not diagnosis. If you need diagnosis or treatment, that belongs with appropriately qualified professionals. Poko can still help you describe function clearly, but it does not replace assessment.
Do not use Poko as medical advice
Poko should not be used to make medication, treatment, medical, psychological or safety decisions. Those decisions require the right professional context. Poko stays with practical function and performance support.
What it can do alongside other support
Poko can sit beside other services by helping you run the ordinary week: make load visible, protect capacity, choose a next move and notice what patterns keep appearing. That can be valuable, but it is still a different kind of support.
How to use this
- Separate practical support needs from clinical or urgent needs.
- Use professional care for diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or crisis support.
- Use Poko for function, load, planning and next-move support within scope.
