What Poko Is And Is Not

Poko is practical cognitive function and performance support. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis support or emergency care.

What Poko is

Poko helps people understand what is hard to run in real life and work. It looks at function, load, patterns, pressure, support, regulation and recovery. The current public support is Weekly Reset: a practical weekly rhythm for making the next seven days more workable.

What Poko is not

Poko does not replace therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, medication management, crisis care or emergency services. Resources are general information and practical orientation. Weekly Reset is support for cognitive function and performance, not a clinical assessment or treatment session.

Why the boundary matters

Clear boundaries make support safer. People should know what kind of help they are using and when another kind of help is needed. If the issue is urgent, unsafe, clinical, medical or crisis-related, a resource page is not the right level of support.

Where Poko can still help

Within scope, Poko can help make ordinary load visible, reduce the pressure of planning, support private participation, name patterns without shame, and build a more usable route through the next week. It can sit alongside other supports without pretending to be all of them.

Use the right door

If you need a practical weekly plan, start with Weekly Reset. If you need to understand the model, read How Poko Works. If you need assessment, treatment, crisis support or urgent help, use the appropriate professional, emergency or crisis service instead.

How to use this

  • Ask whether your need is practical, clinical, urgent or informational.
  • Use Weekly Reset for practical week support.
  • Use urgent or clinical services when the need is outside Poko scope.
