Poko manifesto · 12 October 2026
What we know. What we are testing.
A clear view of current offers, working models, research hypotheses, and future ambitions.
Weekly Reset is a current public offer
A recurring planning and support rhythm for making the next seven days more workable. The offer page gives current format and access details.
Current offerPoko has an app and public learning resources
The app, Quick Profile, practical guides, and Good Systems library are public entry points. This does not mean every roadmap feature is released.
Public starting pointsPrivate coaching and work support are described publicly
Check the relevant service page for scope and availability. Poko coaching and pathway guidance are distinct from independent clinical care.
Service and scopeEngineering evidence is version specific
The Weekly Reset register describes implementation checks, review status, and limitations. Automated tests do not establish clinical effectiveness.
Versioned registerCapability depends on people and conditions
Poko synthesises work on bounded rationality, organisational attention, work systems, and human factors. That literature does not validate the entire Poko model.
Scholarship and limitsSlack may improve adaptation and judgement
This is a testable thesis with boundary conditions and rival explanations. There is no universal ideal utilisation percentage for cognitive work.
The Slack essayAttention Physics is an exploratory model
Its concepts require operational definitions and comparison with simpler models. Quantum-like mathematics is not evidence of a quantum mechanism of thought.
Research agendaProfessional and team workflows are our current phase
We are working with individuals, businesses, teams, organisations, and governments. Detailed software capabilities remain subject to product-specific development, evidence, scope, and release status.
Current execution and roadmapSmart environments and sensing are future options
Poko is exploring a direction. This is not a claim of shipped furniture, approved neurotechnology, signed OEM partnerships, or a brain-reading device.
Horizon mapThe research programme describes intended work
A doctoral proposal and a five-year research agenda are not completed experiments, published findings, or institutional endorsement.
