Sole practitioners, partners, and law-firm managers
More time for the matter.
Less time moving it along.
Client instructions, documents, review, and follow-up still need someone to keep them moving. Make the work around your legal judgement easier to manage.
Practical support for the owner, the team, and the work between them.

The work behind the work
You know this part of the job.
“I need the context before I can review it.”
The document arrives, but the latest instructions, outstanding questions, or review purpose are somewhere else.
“Every update turns into another chase.”
A client, colleague, or third party is waiting. Someone needs to find out who has the next action.
“Improvement needs time we haven’t got.”
You can see where a process could work better. Investigation, implementation, and team adoption are another job.
Choose how you want to work
Three ways to make it work.
Use the tools yourself, build with us, or give us an agreed brief to deliver. We’ll help you choose the right fit before you commit.

01 / DIY
Do it yourself.
With the tools and guidance.
Attend hosted sessions, use Poko software, and do the work yourself. Build skills and keep useful work as you go.
- Poko SessionsUse hosted guidance and software to work on running the practice.
- Companion · Meeting ActionsReview actions from permitted internal meeting notes.
- Companion · Load HandoffPrepare a clearer administrative handover before professional review.

Give us the brief.
We deliver the work.
We agree the specification, price, supported access, and acceptance checks. You provide the approved inputs and access; we build, test, and hand over the agreed solution.
- Build and test one defined document-preparation or coordination workflow.
- Deliver a tailored ChatGPT & AI Workshop with confidentiality and checking built into the work.
A defined scope and quote before work starts, with the agreed checks and handover included.

You already pay for the tools. The handovers still need work.
Matter and document systems hold important information. We look at the preparation, ownership, and repeated administration around them before recommending another subscription or a change of platform.

- Documents & client portals
- Time recording & billing

What a useful change could look like
Make the next review easier to start.
We choose the task, check what is supported, and agree what a useful result looks like before building.
Approved matter inputs
Bring the permitted instructions and working documents together.
- Human review
Preparation checked
Make missing context and open questions visible.
Lawyer review
The responsible lawyer considers and approves the next step.
An administrative example. Legal advice, professional duties, and final decisions stay with the responsible lawyers.
A clear scope. Something useful to keep.
Specific services. A useful result.
These are some of the services we can scope around your business. Ask us to deliver a defined piece of work, or discuss building it together through Design Partners.
Workplace Cognitive Load & Team Function
Find where matter work keeps waiting.
Follow one administrative workflow through intake, preparation, or review. Identify repeated work and unclear responsibility.
A scoped workflow review and practical priorities.
Your First AI Automation
Improve one repeat preparation step.
Choose suitable document handling or coordination. Agree access, confidentiality, and human review before building.
One defined workflow, tested against the agreed requirements.
ChatGPT & AI Workshops
Help the team use AI with judgement.
Practise appropriate tasks using approved or de-identified material. Build checking and escalation into the examples.
A tailored workshop with practical guidance and resources to keep.
AI service prices are starting prices in Australian dollars, including GST. We agree the final scope and price in writing. See the full AI rate card. Workshop delivery, supported connections, and implementation are agreed for your business.
What the repeated work costs
Principal time should go further than chasing the file.
Time spent reconstructing context competes with considered review, client relationships, and developing the team. Choose one recurring handover and make the preparation and responsibility clearer.
Put your own numbers to one repeated task
Choose one task. Estimate how often it happens and the time each repetition takes.
Use your own figures. This estimates existing effort, not a promised saving.

The person behind the business matters
Room to think about the practice, too.
Weekly Reset helps you make a usable plan around client work. Weekly Reset is hosted live: join the stream, follow the guided planning, and work on your own week. Join hosted Poko Sessions for guided, practical work you can apply to your business.

See how Design Partners worksBefore you choose
A few things you might be wondering.
Start small if that is what fits. We agree the work before it begins.
Do you provide legal advice or replace lawyer review?
No. These offers support how the practice works. Legal advice, professional duties, and review remain with appropriately qualified people.
Can we keep our matter and document systems?
We start with the current setup. Connections and implementation depend on supported access, permissions, and the agreed task. A migration is not assumed.
Can we start without sharing client files?
Yes. Begin with the process, a blank template, or de-identified examples. We agree permitted information and access before confidential material is used.
A rough idea is enough
Where does matter work keep coming back to you?
Tell us what you want to make easier. Request a free callback or an email reply, and we’ll discuss the service, scope, and quote. We’ll help you decide whether DIY sessions and software, a Design Partner engagement, or a completed project is the better fit before you commit.
