POKO · COGNITIVE FUNCTION & PERFORMANCE CLINIC

Do more of what
you’re capable of.

A clearer week. Decisions you can move on. More room for the work that matters.

You bring the ambition. We help with what gets in the way—from focus and follow-through to the people, processes, and tools around you.

THE PEOPLE WE WORK WITH

Individuals.
Business owners. Teams.

People who want to follow through on their ideas, make clearer decisions, and make work easier to carry.

FIND THE PART THAT SOUNDS FAMILIAR

Where does the work
get stuck?

Starting a task. Making a decision. Moving work between people and tools. Choose the part you want to change.

FOCUS & FOLLOW-THROUGH

I know what to do,
but I don’t do it.

I know what to do, but I don’t do it.

Starting, deciding, finishing, or returning can need different support. Make the next step visible and workable in the week you actually have.

DECISIONS & HANDOVERS

THE POKO DEVELOPMENT MODEL

More than another
“try harder”.

You can have the ability and still struggle to use it on a particular day. Attention, pressure, energy, expectations, and the environment all change what a task asks of you.

The six connected areas of the Poko wheel help us look beyond the obvious problem. Notice the pattern. Name what changes it. Build a practical next step, a clearer way to work, or a system that carries some of the load.

Explore the Poko wheel in depth
ThinkingWhat’s taking your attention?

Attention, memory, reasoning, planning, decision load, and what feels hard to hold.

DevelopmentWhat helps you learn and work?

Neurodevelopmental, learning, cognitive-style, and environment-fit patterns that change what support needs to look like.

BehaviourWhere do you start, stall, or repeat?

The routines, defaults, avoidance loops, starts, stalls, and follow-through patterns that take over.

PerformanceWhat needs to work in your real week?

Work, study, life admin, leadership, pressure, output, ambition, and the week in front of you.

RegulationWhat changes under pressure?

Stress, emotion, arousal, overload, threat, sensory load, and readiness to act.

RecoveryWhat helps you recover and return?

Restoration, repair, pacing, fatigue, burnout risk, and not borrowing too much from the future.

YOU DON’T NEED TO LEAVE PART OF YOURSELF AT THE DOOR

Built for all brains.
Informed by the complex ones.

Good support starts with how you think, learn, communicate, and recover. Your strengths count. So do the conditions that help you use them.

If ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, perfectionism, or OCPD traits are part of your experience, there’s room for that here. Neurodivergent or neurotypical, diagnosed, or still exploring: Everybody welcome.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few things you might be wondering.

What if I’m not sure what to book?

Tell us what you want to change: your week, a personal challenge, a decision, your team’s work, or the systems around you. We’ll help you explore a suitable starting point. You can ask questions before choosing a paid service.

How do I know what it will cost?

Weekly Reset has Full and Casual Pass options. Private coaching and focused sessions show their fees and format before booking. Team projects and custom work have an agreed scope and price; ongoing services show their commitment and payment terms. Independent clinical providers set their own fees. Check the relevant service before you choose.

Can I come for personal support?

Yes. Weekly Reset, private coaching, and focused sessions can help you work on your own week, decisions, attention, follow-through, and capacity. You don’t need to run a business or have a diagnosis to explore coaching. Free profiles and screening are another way to start.

What if I want screening or assessment?

Start with the free Quick Profile or focused screens, or explore the GP, psychology, and Brilliance Lab information. Screening is not a diagnosis. Independent providers confirm suitability, appointments, clinical decisions, and fees directly.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?

No. Sending an enquiry does not book a meeting, start a contract, or take payment. You choose any paid service or next step separately.

YOUR LIFE. YOUR WORK. YOUR POSSIBILITIES.

What would you love
to make happen?

A decision made. A week that works.
An idea finally off the ground.
Your next step starts with you.
